Companion Care (Non-Medical)
ForeverLove LLC provides non-medical companion care and personal support services only. We do not provide medical treatments, skilled nursing, or clinical care.
We Provide:
✔ Companionship & social engagement
✔ Errands, transportation, appointment accompaniment
✔ Meal planning & preparation
✔ Light housekeeping
✔ Mobility support (non-medical)
✔Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) — bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
✔Wellness check-ins and routine support
We Do Not Provide:
✘ Medication administration
✘ Clinical treatments
✘ Injections or wound care
✘ Skilled nursing
Minimum booking: 4 hours per visit

Our focus is consistent care with the same trusted caregiver — not rotating staff.
Our companion care services are designed to provide personalized support and assistance for clients with mild to moderate cognitive or physical impairments. Services include companionship, assistance with daily activities, meal preparation, grocery shopping, errands, appointment support, and light housekeeping.
Rates & Booking:
Hourly Rate Starting @ $30 per hour
Minimum Booking: 4-hour block
Travel Fee: $50 for locations over 30 miles from our service base (to cover gas and tolls)
Additional Details:
All services are tailored to your specific needs, ensuring safety, comfort, and engagement.
Flexible scheduling is available, but bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require 24-hour notice. Late cancellations will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service cost.
Payment is due at the time of service or per agreed invoicing schedule for recurring clients.
